Using the website
We work to make our pages readable and usable with keyboard navigation, meaningful headings, image descriptions, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. You can use your browser's zoom and text-size controls. Accessibility is ongoing; we do not claim every page, historical document or third-party tool is free of barriers.
Request help or an alternative format
If you cannot use a page, form, image or document, contact us with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and, if helpful, the browser or assistive technology used. We will work with you on a practical alternative way to get information, submit an inquiry or access support. You do not need to provide medical details in an ordinary email.
Training accommodations and external tools
Contact Bluewater Academy before a scheduled class if you need an accommodation or an alternative format. We will discuss available arrangements and any attendance, identity, examination or licensing requirements that apply. Shopify, classroom tools and other linked providers manage their own accessibility features; let us know when a barrier affects your access to our services.
