Training, refunds and cancellations
Bluewater Academy purchases take place in our Shopify store. Review the Academy Refund Policy and the terms displayed with your course and checkout before purchasing. For an existing order, contact us with your order number, course and class date to request help with cancellation, rescheduling or a refund. Do not purchase a second time to resolve an access problem. This page does not introduce a new refund guarantee or replace the terms applicable to your order.
Training completion and state licensing are different. Attendance, identity verification, assessments and other course requirements must be satisfied where applicable; the relevant government authority determines licensing eligibility. A course purchase does not guarantee employment or a license.
Security services
Coverage, site duties, staffing and billing are governed by the separate service agreement. Contact us to confirm availability and scope. Website content and technology screenshots illustrate services and selected workflows; they do not grant access to internal tools or guarantee a particular outcome.
Communication notice
When you separately opt in to SMS, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services. Contact us for email preferences or privacy requests.
Emergencies and support
Call 911 or the local emergency number for immediate emergencies. Website forms are not continuously monitored emergency dispatch. For order access, client portal assistance or technical issues, use Help & support.
