Meet our leadership

Vendor documentation

Request current licensing information, insurance documentation and assignment-specific compliance information from our team. Availability and authority to provide a service are confirmed for the location and scope.

Request documentation

Confirm the details before coverage starts.

  1. Define the property, dates, hours, duties and exclusions.

  2. Confirm staffing availability, site requirements and post instructions.

  3. Agree on reporting, escalation contacts and supervision.

  4. Review the proposal and service agreement before work begins.

Training completion does not itself grant a state license or guarantee employment. Course eligibility and state application requirements are described on the Academy course pages.
