Inquiries, proposals and emergency help
A website inquiry, proposal request or displayed service description does not confirm coverage, create a security contract or guarantee availability. Scope, staffing, pricing and responsibilities require a separate agreement. Website forms and support channels are not emergency dispatch. Training, purchases and licensing
Review the course description, dates, attendance and assessment requirements, equipment requirements and policies before purchasing. Academy checkout is handled at bluewatersecurityacademy.com. Its posted purchase and refund terms apply to Academy orders, subject to applicable law. Purchase or completion of training does not itself guarantee a state license, employment or regulatory approval. The responsible authority determines licensing eligibility. Accounts and submissions
Keep sign-in credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Account access is limited to your authorized role. Submit only information you have the right to provide. You authorize us to use your submission to respond and deliver the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, full financial credentials or sensitive identity documents through ordinary contact forms.

Our text, images, course materials, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC or their respective owners.
