Keep your Academy order confirmation. Follow the training-access email to set up your BluewaterOS password if this is your first enrollment, then open My Training with your checkout email. Returning students use their existing training sign-in.

Check that your training email matches the email used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder for the enrollment instructions. Contact the Academy with the order number, course and class date; avoid purchasing again while access is being reviewed.

For eligible self-paced courses, open the course from My Training and review its completion requirements and certificate area. Live certification classes require the applicable attendance, assessment and instructor verification. A purchase alone does not issue a certificate or a state license.

Sign in to BluewaterOS and open Support Tickets. Include your order or enrollment reference, what you were trying to do and the error shown. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
