Standby & On-Call Security Officer Roster

Looking for extra income, side work, or security assignments without committing to a steady weekly schedule? Join Hammerhead Security's standby roster for emergency call-offs, new and temporary accounts, special coverage, fire watch, access control, events and other short-notice needs.

Pay varies by location and account: $17–$25 per hour. Standby placement does not guarantee hours. When an assignment becomes available, qualified roster members can be contacted with the site, schedule and pay details before accepting or declining the opportunity.

Off-duty, retired and former law-enforcement professionals and experienced security officers are encouraged to apply. Law-enforcement experience is not required; qualified applicants are evaluated using the same lawful, job-related standards.
