Learning Paths

Five learning paths. One clear direction, wherever you're starting from.

47+ on-demand courses, organized into five progressive learning paths instead of one long, undifferentiated list. Complete Foundations first, then choose the path that matches your current role and where you want to go next — rather than working through courses at random.

How the Paths Work

Built to be followed in order, not browsed at random

Foundations is required first for all personnel. From there, Operational Mastery prepares officers for their specific assignment, Supervisor & Leadership supports promotion into field leadership, Advanced Operations covers higher-trust roles, and Executive Governance is strategic-level training for command staff.

Foundations

The required starting point for every officer.

Foundations establishes the baseline standard expected of all personnel — professionalism, conduct, organizational expectations, and the operational readiness every other path builds on. This is a mandatory starting point: complete Foundations before moving into a specialized, leadership, or executive path.
